A Legacy of Healing and Hope

Pelvic health has been overlooked for far too long; in our healthcare system, in education, and in the way we talk about women’s bodies. Too often, women are told to “wait it out,” “relax,” or “get used to it.”

I created The Intimate Physio because I’ve seen how this silence affects women; how pain during intimacy can quietly shape how they see themselves. No one should have to live that way.

This space was created to help you reconnect with your body and feel safe in it again. Your pain is real, and it matters. Healing takes time, but you don’t have to go through it alone.

This is where we begin to rebuild trust, comfort, and confidence… together.

Founder & Registered Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

About Nasim

Nasim graduated as Valedictorian from the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Tbilisi State Medical University in 2016. Her career has taken her across three continents, where she trained and practiced in the fields of women’s health and orthopedics; experiences that shaped her holistic, whole-body approach to pelvic care.

As the founder and pelvic health physiotherapist at Ova Women’s Health Physiotherapy, Nasim has worked with thousands of women living with complex pain conditions such as vaginismus, vulvodynia, dyspareunia, and endometriosis-related pain. Over more than a decade of clinical practice, she has helped countless women who had nearly lost hope finally find relief, healing, and confidence in their bodies again. You can read some of their stories and experiences here — each one a reflection of what’s possible with the right guidance and care.

These experiences, and the transformations she witnessed, inspired Nasim to create The Intimate Physio courses and guides. Built on years of evidence-informed practice and real clinical success, they bring together the same education, tools, and strategies that have helped women recover from pain when other approaches had failed.

Nasim believes that healing begins with understanding. Through education, compassionate care, and guidance grounded in science and clinical experience, she helps women reconnect with their bodies, release pain, and rebuild trust in themselves, one step at a time.
