REFUND POLICY

Final Sale – Digital Products

Since our Products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, they are considered used once downloaded or accessed. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or mistaken purchase

• Unused or partially viewed content

• Failure to cancel before renewal

Technical Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@theintimatephysio.com within 7 days of purchase.
Our team will assist you within 5 business days. If the issue is verified as a platform error on our end and cannot be resolved within 10 business days, a full refund may be issued.

CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor for any delivered digital product or granted access.

• All sales are final once access is granted, and no reversal or refund will be processed except for verified technical failures as stated above.

• Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction may result in immediate suspension of account access and possible legal action to recover lost funds, chargeback fees, and administrative costs.

We maintain timestamped proof of all product access and delivery and will provide this evidence to the payment processor in case of a dispute.

BILLING & TAXES
